There is no other book like this one. No other source of literature exists that offers a more in depth look behind the scenes of the PSNI. I joined the PSNI in 2002 during its first year of recruitment. I am still their employee at the time of publishing this book, althoughI suspect not for very much longer. Want to know what it's like to be a police officer? This book is my personal journey starting from the grass roots of the PSNI. Want to know what really goes on within the PSNI? The PSNI do many good things and they are happy to publicisetheir good work through the media however this book focuses more on the subjects that are whispered about in station car parks and corridors and are quickly forgotten. I talk about many of the departments and people within the PSNI in a brutally honest way, revealing truths that the PSNI do not want you to know. No one is safe in this book, not even the Queen.
