Reviews

"...this is a wonderful and indispensable book. Would that we had treatments of other aspects of publishing to this standard. There are a few, but not many. This book is probably the king." Anthony Watkinson, The Publishers Association 'Jones and Benson is the best book on publishing law available and is a must for all serious students of the profession as well as a necessary refresher and aide-memoire for all practising publishing professionals.' - Professor Iain Stevenson, Centre for Publishing, University College London, UK 'A highly useful and informative handbook to the world of publishing law' - Angus Phillips, Director, The Oxford International Centre for Publishing Studies, Oxford Brookes University, UK 'You would imagine that any book with the word 'law' in the title might be guaranteed to be a dry read. Not so Publishing Law. The language is clear, the law made clear and above all it is an approachable text. This new edition explains the Digital Economy Act 2010, making it a 'must read' for all involved in publishing.' - Jane Moody, Head of Publications, Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, UK
