Derek Paul is a professor of physics at the University of Toronto, in the fields of atomic and nuclear physics. Michael D. Intriligator is Professor of Economics and Political Science, Director of the Centre for International and Strategic Affairs, and Director of the Jacob Marshak Interdisciplinary Colloquium on Mathematics in the Behavioral Sciences at UCLA. Paul Smoker is Co-Director of the Richardson Institute for Peace Studies, Lancaster University and Visiting Professor of International Peace Studies at Ritsumikan University, Kyoto.
