About the Author

Mirela Bogdani has been Associate Lecturer at the School of European Studies, Cardiff University. Currently she is reading for an MPhil in "European Politics" at St Antony's College, Oxford University. John Loughlin is Professor of European Politics at Cardiff University and European Studies Centre Visiting Fellow at St Antony's College, Oxford University.
