About the Author

The former senior vice president and editor in chief of Rodale Books, he was the creator and supervising editor of the 10-million-copy bestseller The Doctors Book of Home Remedies and author of New Choices in Natural Healing. His writing has appeared in Prevention, Reader's Digest, Men's Health, Health, Women's Sports and Fitness, Bottom Line/Health, and many other national publications. He lives in northern California.
