Anne Lindsay has been helping Canadians find healthier ways to enjoy good food for over 25 years and her five bestselling cookbooks are a testament to her success. Anne was the Toronto Star 's home economist in the late 1970s. In the 1980s, her articles appeared in the Globe and Mail , the Ottawa Citizen, Canadian Living and numerous other papers and magazines in both Canada and the U.S. In the 1990s, she was the nutrition editor at Canadian Living magazine. Anne was a regular presenter on CBC's Newsworld. She now appears on Cityline on CHUM TV stations across the country to spread the word about quick and easy cooking for delicious, healthy eating.
