National, Regional, and Market Specific Advertising: Prominent,
recurring advertising in various strategic press outlets, both in
print and online.
Print/Online Media Campaign: We aggressively promote our titles and
are always seeking out ways to garner attention, using both
traditional means such as creating trailers and sending press
releases and review copies to key media outlets and influential
reviewers, but also creating custom marketing strategies unique to
each release. These efforts have resulted in coverage across an
array of media outlets including AV Club, Boing Boing, The Chicago
Tribune, Comic Book Resources, The Comics Beat, The Comics Journal,
The Comics Reporter, the Huffington Post, the LA Times, Newsarama,
Paste, Publishers Weekly, Vice, and many more.
Social Media Campaign: Our web and social presences are distinct
and continuing to grow. Our 2dcloud.com website functions not only
as a locus for our direct sales and artist and publisher
information, but also has exclusive content to drive additional
traffic to the site. In terms of our social presence, we are active
on all major channels: Facebook (facebook.com/2DCLOUD with over
1,000 likes), Twitter (@2dcloud just under 1,600 followers), Tumblr
(2dcloud.tumblr.com, with just under 1,800 followers), and
Instagram (instagram.com/2d.cloud, with over 700 followers)
Artist Self-Promotion: In addition to our marketing and publicity
efforts, our artists are also actively engaged on social media and
in touring with fellow 2dcloud artists whose releases we’ve paired
for each season. Juliacks maintains a website where her past and
present work is featured (juliacks.com) and will be touring with
Jaakko Pallasvuo and Leif Goldberg in select cities in support of
Architecture of an Atom.

Juliacks is an artist, filmmaker, performer-choreographer, cartoonist, and playwright who splits her time between New Jersey, where she recently received a 2016 Fellowship from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, and the Netherlands. She's been published and performed in various cities across North America and throughout Europe, her most recent project being the trans-media story Architecture of an Atom.
