He was a feature editor atHot Rodmagazine and editor ofChevy High Performance,Muscle Car Review,Mustangs and Fords,Chevy Action,Corvette Milestones,Street Rod Quarterly,Mopar Milestones,Mustang Milestones, andMuscle Car Milestones. Caldwell has written severalbestselling automotive how-to books. He has tested more than 2,000 new vehicles and spends his spare time restoring collector cars in a well-equipped home shop.
