About the Author

Dr. M.C. Minimol is presently Assistant Professor of Management, Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies, Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kochi, Kerala. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Commerce. She has over 8 years of experience in teaching and research. She is a recognized research supervisor under the Faculty of Commerce, Bharatiyar University, Coimbatore. She has published three books and several articles in refereed journals.
