US born entrepreneur, baking expert, author, and TV presenter Cynthia Barcomi brought American coffee shop culture to Germany in the mid 1990s. She runs a renowned coffee roasting facility and a deli in Berlin Mitte and regularly appears on German television as a baking expert. Silver Crest also currently holds the license on Cynthia Barcomi Kitchenware in the UK.
