About the Author

Niall Breslin (Bressie) is an Irish musician and producer. He has a master’s degree in Mindfulness Based Interventions from UCD. Niall presents the popular Where is My Mind? mental health podcast. Previous books in this picture book series are The Magic Moment and Take Five, illustrated by Sheena Dempsey.

Emma Proctor is from Wiltshire. She graduated in Illustration from Middlesex University. She is also the illustrator of Toby and Tabitha by Alexander Bar.
