As a terrible swimmer from youth it has given me a better confidence in the water. The strategies employed in the book are great and help overcome fears experienced as an adult.I would recommend this book to beginners who want to swim and are nervous and those who want to improve their skillsWritten in convenient and easy to understand chapters, and aimed specifically at beginners.
