This larger format volume is more detailed than the previous
volumes as it begins with a very concise and helpful introduction
to the four temperaments, how they arise, how to recognise them and
how they are worked with and managed in Waldorf education. Each
temperament has a short chapter of description printed on the
appropriate tinted paper. The form drawing exercises are then given
for each temperament and for each of the relevant age groups within
that temperament, likewise on the tinted paper and drawn boldly in
the corresponding bright colour. It is thus a very satisfying book
to look at and handle as well as being informative about the
temperaments. The exercises and forms are all carefully built up
and developed. It should be an additional welcome tool for
teachers, home educators and for anyone trying to work with the
temperaments therapeutically, as well as being aesthetically
pleasing to study.
