Danielle Collins is a world-leading expert in face yoga. After being diagnosed with ME in her early twenties, with no formal treatment for the illness, she was compelled to find natural therapies in order to ease her symptoms. After training as a yoga teacher, Danielle studied the Alexander Technique and facial massage before gaining a diploma in Relaxation Therapy. She began to teach relaxation classes in her home town of Bath and, after seeing the positive effects that the techniques were having on her clients, she began to build and develop Face Yoga. Now a globally recognised teacher of face yoga, Danielle runs one-to-one clinics from a practice in Harley Street and continues to teach classes both in the UK and abroad.
