Mary Elizabeth Mullino Moore is Dean and Professor of Theology and Education, Boston University School of Theology. Samuel M. Powell is Professor of Philosophy and Religion at Point Loma Nazarene University. Chair of the Department of Philosophy and Religion, and Director of Graduate Studies in Religion. (2007) Karen B.
