Gillian Todd is a freelance CBT trainer, supervisor, and practitioner. She is a fellow of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). Now retired, Gillian was affiliated with the University of Cambridge and University of East Anglia. She also co-authored two CBT self-help books and two CBT therapist manuals. Rhena Branch co-authored CBT for Dummies and is the clinical lead and director of a mental health charity (Fig Branch, reg no. 1189312). Now retired from lecturing, Rhena was affiliated with Goldsmith's University London, Anglia Ruskin University, and University of East Anglia.
