Reviews

"An excellent integration of science, historical, cross-cultural, and personal perspectives on extraordinary dreams. Rarely does one see such a seamless combination of these widely divergent views." - Jayne Gackenbach, editor of Psychology and the Internet: Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, and Transpersonal Implications "A fascinating book that is wonderfully easy to read-these extraordinary dreams are part of virtually everyone's experience, yet they are not adequately covered in traditional books on dreaming." - Allan Combs, author of The Radiance of Being: Complexity, Chaos and the Evolution of Consciousness "The topic is of great importance and significance, both to the academic world and the general public. The book is very clear, readable, and engagingly written." - Jeremy Taylor, author of Where People Fly and Water Runs Uphill: Using Dreams to Tap the Wisdom of the Unconscious "This short, scholarly, and practical book provides a key for opening the vast literature on dreaming and dreamwork." - Dream Network
