About the Author

Andrew Jobling is a former professional AFL player and has worked in the health and fitness industry for almost 30 years. In 2002, he wrote Eat Chocolate, Drink Alcohol and be Lean & Healthy. He has since gone on to write numerous other books. Andrew is also a speaker and mentor to other authors.
