About the Author

This is Susan's 3rd book. She worked for several years in the corporate world, but in an effort to align her working life and her passion for cooking she took on the role of manager for a large, leading retailer of kitchenware. Cooking for a young family, Susan rediscovered her freezer and wrote Frost Bite: Everyday food Fresh from the Freezer. Continuing the freezing theme, but with recipes for children and teenagers, Her second book was Frost Bite: Freezer Recipes for Toddlers to Teenagers.
