Gordon's new book is a frank, sometimes wince-inducing and often very funny look at her 20-year relationship with booze.

Bryony Gordon has penned a compelling, candid sobriety memoir

An unflinching memoir... harrowing but ultimately hopeful, this is essential reading.

[Bryony Gordon] has now charted the whole journey through her through alcoholism and subsequent recovery in her no-holds-barred new book.
*Press Association*

This very readable book is a crucial reminder that change - of any kind - isn't going to happen with a quick fix but that sometimes it can truly hurt and undo us but that there is a way out of the darkest places.

honest and courageous... a message of hope and encouragement to others facing similar battles.

Glorious Rock Bottom tells how bone-suckingly hungry Bryony Gordon is for sobriety, how hard (and expensive) it is to get there, and what a wonderful place it turns out to be.

Made me laugh, cry and cringe.
