Daniel Nester is a poet, editor and teacher who lives in Brooklyn, New York. His work has appeared in such journals as Open City, Nerve, Mississippi Review and The New York Press. He is the editor-in-chief of the online literary journal lapetitezine.org and contributing editor of Painted Bride Quarterly. He is a graduate of New York University's creative writing programme, where he was a teaching fellow, and has taught at NYU, Hofstra, Rutgers and Parsons School of Design.
