About the Author

Natasha Corrett is a professional vegetarian chef and entrepreneur, whose passion for cooking stems from training as a teenager in her father's French restaurant, London's prestigious Le Boudin Blanc. The experience left her with a love of experimenting with flavours and textures. A firm believer and practitioner in the benefits of a balanced and alkaline approach to life, she developed an interest in healthy eating and cooking early in her career.

Vicki Edgson has been a practising nutritional therapist for over 15 years, always working alongside medical doctors to create the bridge between allopathic medicine and complementary practices. She has six books to her name and was one of the founders of The Food Doctor.
