About the Author

James Willocks was a registrar with Ian Donald in Glasgow in the late 1950s. His contribution to the field was the introduction of fetal cephalometry, which remained for years the only way of measuring intra-uterine fetal growth. Wallace Barr is a practising Gynaecologist in Paisely, Scotland.
