Emily Foster Williams is a graphic designer and mother of two. When her daughters were tiny, she wrote this story to entertain them as she stretched and centered through yoga. Later on she consulted with friend and licensed prenatal yoga instructor, Lauren Taylor Johnson, to make sure movements were safe and suitable for new mothers. Emily hopes to share the gift of gentle movement to new parents everywhere.
