About the Author

Brianne Stokes graduated from LeCordon Bleu Institute of Culinary of Arts of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania where she made the Dean's List twice. She is a Chef working at Ferrum College, while helping take care of her parents living in the Blue Ridge Mountains. C. A. Stokes III worked as a Graphic Artist contractor for 30 years including working at IBM and NASA. He was disabled in 2006 by a brain aneurysm and strokes, but lives happily with his family. He has two beautiful daughters and two beautiful grand children too.
