About the Author

Holly Webb started writing while working as a children's books editor and has now written books for Scholastic and Bloomsbury, as well as Lost in the Snow for Stripes Publishing. She lives in Reading with her young family and two very spoilt cats. Sophy Williams took a degree in graphic art at Kingston Polytechnic and in 1988 was runner-up in the Reader's Digest Young Illustrators Competition. In 1981 her first illustrated book When Grandma Came was runner-up for the Mother Goose Award.
