Robert Sardello is the author of six books on the power of soul.
Ph.D. and co-founder of the School of Spiritual Psychology in North
Carolina, he traces his roots back to the University of Dallas,
where he was the head of the Psychology department, of the
Institute of Philosophic Studies, and graduate dean. He is also
co-founder of the Dallas Institute of Humanities and Culture, where
he worked closely with Gail Thomas, James Hillman, and Thomas Moore
to bring capacities of imagination to bear on the life of cities.
He developed spiritual psychology based on a creative synthesis of
phenomenology, depth psychology, and the Spiritual Science of
Rudolf Steiner from over 35 years of research. He is now an
independent teacher and scholar, teaching all over the U.S.,
Canada, and the U.K., as well as in the Czech Republic, the
Philippines and Australia. He is consultant to many educational and
cultural institutions and guest professor and lecturer at many
institutions.
Sardello is long time contributor to Spring magazine (edited by
James Hillman) and Spring Publications.
