About the Author

Don Currie is the chief instructor of the National Sporting Clays Association and one of the most recognized and sought-after coaches and gun fitters in North America. He delivers extraordinary instructional and hunting experiences to clay target competitors, recreational enthusiasts and discerning sportsmen. Currie writes for all the major shotgun magazines and has launched two highly successful instructional DVDs. Starting at an early age and throughout his military and business career, he has had a deep and unrelenting passion for competing in the shooting sports, coaching, and upland bird hunting, He has been shooting competitively since age 8, earning his way to NSCA Master Class status; upland bird hunting since age 14; and started coaching in the shooting sports as a 16-year-old apprentice. He lives in Lake Mary, Florida.
