About the Author

Jessica Segarra is the woman behind The Novice Chef Blog (TheNoviceChefBlog.com). She started her website in 2008 with a flip camera phone and a love of good food. Now all these years later, she is living her dream life as a recipe developer, food photographer, and cookbook author. She lives in Tampa, Florida and spends all her free time chasing after her twin daughters, husband, and five rescue pets!
