Dr. M.N. Tamilan, PhD, is a retired rocket engineer. His dissertation at Stanford University was on human exploration of Mars. He lives with family in Santa Clara, California. Dr. Llewellyn Packia Raj, MD, is a practicing physician and an alumnus of the University of Washington. He lives with family in the greater Seattle area, Washington State.
