About the Author

Jennifer Joyce is a successful food writer, author and stylist based in the UK. For the past 12 years she has been working for top food magazines like BBC Good Food, olive, Sainsburys, The Telegraph and Waitrose Kitchen. Besides writing her own recipes, she also styles the photographs for all her features. Her successful previous titles include Meals in Heels which was chosen by the Daily Mail as one of their top 10 books for 2010. American magazine Food and Wine selected Small Bites (Dorling Kindersley) as one of their 25 favourites for their 'Best of the best' 2006 cookbooks; it has sold over 100,000 copies. Jennifer has appeared on numerous TV and radio shows in the UK and US including 'The Today Show' and 'Good Food Live.' She runs cooking courses at Divertimenti and Leith's in London.
