About the Author

Dr. Sarah Brewer qualified from Cambridge University with degrees in Natural Sciences, Medicine, and Surgery. Although her first love is medicine, her major passion is writing. She is the author of over 50 popular self-help books, including the Natural Health Guru series. As well as being an award-winning health writer, Sarah is the only registered medical doctor who is also a Registered Nutritionist and a Registered Nutritional Therapist.
