About the Author

Several expert practitioners from the international Sivananda organization, where Ayurveda practice is taught alongside yoga, have contributed to this book, including- Chandrika Cordula Interthal is a gynaecologist and experienced yoga teacher at the Sivananda Centre in Munich, who has had extensive training as an Ayurvedic practitioner. Swami Kailasananda is a Yoga Acharya and director of the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres in England and France and the Pacific Rim. Swami Sivadasananda is a Yoga Acharya, director of the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres in Europe, Acharya for South America. Swami Durgananda is a Yoga Acharya and director of the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres in Europe from her base in Munich.
