Reviews

'The word assessment can send chills down the spine of librarians. This book will help remedy that. Killick (Open Univ., UK) and Wilson (Univ. of Oxford, UK) provide solid, usable advice about planning and participating in assessment activities within academic libraries. In reassuring language, they take the mystery out of assessment and provide tangible guidance for those hesitant to begin.'— CHOICE connect
