Smith ponders recommendations like ``Inhale on the backswing, say `super,' then upon exhalation say `fluid.' '' For deeper understanding, author Enhager recommends Deepak Chopra's Quantum Healing (Bantam, 1989) and Robert Roth's Transcendental Meditation (Donald I. Fine, 1987), while the Maharishi suggests the Bhagavad-Gita , with translation and commentary. In the last scenario, St. Clair applauds as Smith scores a hole in one.
