About the Author

As a principal and district office leader, Chris Weber has developed systems of Response to Intervention that have led to heretofore unrealized levels of learning at schools across the country. Chris is recognized as an expert in behavior, mathematics, and Response to Intervention. He consults and presents nationally to audiences on important educational topics. Chris lives in Chicago, Illinois. Tom Hierck has spent the last three years of his thirty-year educational career as a consultant and author travelling across Canada and the United States. His major focal points have been Response To Intervention (both academic and behavioral components), curriculum design, and school culture. Tom lives in Gibsons, British Columbia.
