About the Author

William Shakespeare is an English poet, playwright and actor. He is widely considered as the greatest writer in the English Language. He is credited with great works: The Tempest, Julius Caesar, and King Lear only to name a very few. He has written 38 plays and 154 sonnets through the course of his career. His literary works have been translated into every major living language, and performed more than that of any playwright in history. In 1613, he retired to Stratford, and passed away on the 23rd of April, 1616.
