About the Author

Diane Morgan is an experienced cooking teacher and the author of many cookbooks, including Delicious Dips, Midnight Munchies, Dressed to Grill, and The Thanksgiving Table. She is a recipient of the James Beard Award for vegetable-focused and vegetarian cookbooks, in addition to a coveted IACP Cookbook Award in the single subject category. Diane regularly contributes to the Los Angeles Times food section and has written for Bon AppEtit, Fine Cooking, Cooking Light, Clean Eating, and more. She lives in Portland, OR, USA.
