Louise Harms is Associate Dean (Equity, Diversity and Staff Development) in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, and Deputy Head in the Department of Social Work, School of Health Sciences, University of Melbourne. Jane Maidment is an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Services
and Social Work and Chair of the University of Canterbury Human Ethics Committee.
