About the Author

LEN PANNETT, CEng FIET (London, United Kingdom) is a management engineer with over 25 years' experience of helping organizations to define and overcome their most challenging supply chain and operational challenges. A former UK Royal Navy submariner, Len is a Fellow of Institution of Engineering and Technology and President of the UK Roundtable of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
