Tansy Boggon is a university qualified nutritionist, food writer
and recipe developer who incorporates intuitive and mindful eating,
eating psychology and a non-diet approach into her writing. She is
passionate about debunking diet myths and helping people find a way
of eating that is nourishing and enjoyable.
Tansy is an Australian, who now calls Christchurch, New Zealand
