'I was introduced to The Switch Method several months back when I was looking to take the next step in my career. At the time my approach was pretty scattergun, I had an idea of where I wanted to be but was unsure how to get there. I learnt that I had to own it, be clear on what I wanted, refine my personal brand, build a list of companies and approach them as if I was prospecting for the biggest sale of my life. The final steps covered how to influence and create leverage through the interview process. After embracing it wholeheartedly, I quickly gathered momentum in my pursuit. I landed four interviews at target companies, three of which made an offer and I am now working in an amazing role that I love. Pree helped me change my job and the trajectory of my career significantly and I'm forever grateful!'
