About the Author

Sieglinde Martin MS PT is a physical therapist with more than thirty years of clinical experience working with children with cerebral palsy and their families. She is also the mother of a child with cerebral palsy. Ms Martin earned her degree in physical therapy from the University of Cologne, Germany, and completed her Masters of Science degree at Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. Sieglinde Martin and her husband are longtime residents of Columbus, Ohio. They have four children and four grandchildren.
