About the Author

Ruth White has written many middle grade and young adult books. Her books include Way Down Deep, The Treasure of Way Down Deep, A Month of Sundays, The Search for Belle Prater, and Belle Prater's Boy. She received the Newbery Honor Award for Belle Prater's Boy. She lives in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania.
