About the Author

The Author: Michael Hyson has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Victoria University in Wellington New Zealand. He has had a diverse career during which he developed a love of photography. His albums cover diverse experiences. As a professional hunter, working on the North Sea Oil Rigs, as an Oil Field Service Engineer in the sands of the Lybian Sahara and for the last 25 years as a night time Post Courier Cargo Pilot, during which time a good number of photos were caught of his three children: Josianne, Nadja and Gregory growing up. His interest in Truffles has been for 20 years, With his own trees for the last 15. He has a fascination for the hidden world that produces Truffles and has combined that with his love of photography in this book.
