Colette Harris is the co-author of ‘PCOS’ and the ‘PCOS Diet Book’,
patron of the UK's PCOS charity Verity, and editor of Health Plus
magazine. She was diagnosed with PCOS in December 1996 and since
then has been writing campaigning articles, speaking at hospital
groups and at international health conferences to raise awareness
of PCOS and the effects it has not only on women's health but their
emotions and those of the people who support them. She's a
passionate believer in the power of self help for managing PCOS
through diet, exercise and lifestyle changes – 'Living well keeps

Theresa Cheung was born into a family of psychics and astrologers.
