Reviews

A brilliant and honest book, written from two perspectives. The first half is by a professional, Dr Priyanka Pradhan and gives an inside account of the brain's functions and the perspective of a Neuropsychologist. It's simple to understand and relatable to a patient or carer. Personally, I found the second half really useful, written by Anna, who suffered a concussion. As a brain injury sufferer, a lot of her story rang true to me. The advice and tips laid out were easy to follow and put into practice. Having two writers giving two sides of a story is really powerful. I'd recommend this book to anyone who is living with concussion/brain injury and also to family and friends of the victim.

It is much more than a guidebook; it is a definitive roadmap that offers insights, information, and real advice on how to recover in the best possible way.
I found myself more committed to helping others and so thankful you wrote this.
