A Cordon Bleu-trained chef, award-winning food writer, Julie Biuso, has a reputation for style, authenticity and, above all, well-written recipes that work for home cooks of all levels. Her most recent achievement was winning the 2001 Gourmand World Cookbook Fair Award for Best Food Literature Book in the World for her autobiographical, Dancing on My Table. Her other awards include winning the Lifestyle category in the 2001 Montana New Zealand Book Awards for Fresh (with photographer Ian Batchelor).
