About the Author

Jamie Purviance is an accomplished chef, teacher and James Beard award nominee who has helped millions of people to barbecue like professionals. A graduate of Stanford University and the Culinary Institute of America, he is a regular contributor to national newspapers and magazines in America and is the author of many best-selling cookbooks, including Weber's Barbecue Bible and Weber's Greatest Hits. This book is the culmination of his 20 years as Weber's master barbecuer and teacher.
