Lauren Russell is the author of the chapbook DREAM- CLUNG, GONE (Brooklyn Arts Press). Her poetry has appeared in boundary 2, The Brooklyn Rail, jubilat, and Bettering American Poetry 2015, among others. Russell is the recipient of fellowships from Cave Canem, VIDA/The Home School, the Wisconsin Institute for Creative Writing, and the National Endowment for the Arts. She is a research assistant professor and Assistant Director of the Center for African American Poetry and Poetics at the University of Pittsburgh.
